VATG features two rooms, the Crown Room and the Corbel Room, totaling 9,000 square feet. The Granary Green, an 18,000-square-foot outdoor space located north of the indoor venues, is also available to rent for events.

The Corbel Room has a capacity of 300 for banquet-style seating and 500 for cocktail-style. The Crown Room seats 180 for banquet-style, 300 for auditorium or ceremony-style, and 400 for cocktail-style.

Yes, the venue rental includes both the Crown Room and the Corbel Room. If you prefer to rent just one room, please contact us to discuss your preferences. We are happy to customize the space to fit your specific event needs.

The Granary Green can be rented for an additional charge. It can be used for outdoor wedding ceremonies and corporate events, and features gas hookups for heaters and a 27-foot screen that we use for our Husker tailgate parties and other events.

Venue rental includes beverage service based on your preferences, including all bar inventory and a liquor license. Bar staff will be provided as part of the service, but their fees are not included in the venue rental and are the client’s responsibility. Venue rental also includes a professional cleaning before and after the event, as well as the setup and teardown of VATG’s tables and chairs. Venue management will assist with coordination, and a lead staff member will be on-site for support the day of the event.

You can secure your event date by signing and returning the rental agreement and providing a deposit. This deposit includes 50% of the venue rental fee and a $500 refundable damage deposit.

Yes, decorating is allowed. However, you must use the provided hooks for hanging lights, streamers or other decorations. Nails or tape cannot be used on the drywall, and glitter and confetti are not permitted. All candles must be placed in a glass holder or hurricane vase.

We work closely with Premier Party Buses. You can use their buses for various needs, including bachelor or bachelorette parties, shuttling guests to and from the venue, transportation to off-site ceremonies or photos, and even for cocktail hour. No, VATG does not have catering services. We are exclusively partnered with Abraham Catering. Please reach out if you would like more information about their menu. VATG provides a catering prep kitchen, which includes an ice machine, water and sinks.

No, all beverage services are provided by VATG. Our liquor license prohibits outside alcohol. We will work with you to ensure the bar is stocked with your preferred alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. Your caterer may bring in tea, coffee, lemonade or other nonalcoholic drinks.

The only vendor we are exclusive with is Abraham Catering. We are happy to provide recommendations for other vendors if needed.

The client is responsible for arranging all services beyond the venue rental and beverage service, including table linens, plates, stemware and silverware. If needed, we are happy to provide referrals for these services.

One security guard is required from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. when a bar is operating in the venue. The cost is $60 per hour, and it is not included in the venue rental.

A 20% service charge is automatically applied to your final beverage bill and is subject to tax. Additionally, VATG is required to charge 7% sales tax on all rent and services, as well as a 2.5% restaurant tax on beverages. Please note that the service charge is not gratuity.
